Gentle Dental in Malden is a great practice! The office is clean and neat. I have never had to wait more then five minutes to been seen and there is plenty of parking available. Dr. Kim is very efficient and always does her best to calm my fears of getting dental work done. My last cleaning from Lisa, a dental hygienist, was the most effective cleaning I had had in years. After she was done, it looked like I had had my teeth professionally whitened. I highly recommend Gentle Dental of Malden!

I went to same dentist for over 25 years it was not easy to make a change but I could not be more pleased with the care and service that my husband and I receive at this Gentle Dental.  Exceptional Staff; friendly, polite and knowledgeable!

We are a family of five and we have gone to Gentle Dental for well over 10 years now. We have always had a pleasant experience. My kids actually look forward to getting their teeth cleaned! Dr Payne is very gentle and puts you at ease with her great ‘bedside’ manner as well as her expertise. The nurses, staff, and hygienists are all very nice and helpful. Everyone always seems to be in a good mood. I highly recommend picking Dr. Stephanie Payne as your dentist.
