I was seen for and emergency wisdom tooth extraction, as well as a first time patient exam. Everything was explained fully and the compassion of the staff and the Dentist was remarkable. I have always been very frightened of the dentist. NOT ANYMORE! I left there smiling/laughing, despite the extensive amount of work that needs/needed to be done. My boyfriend if going there now as well. The price was reasonable and they were very helpful with payment options.

The staff at the West Roxbury Gentle Dental is by far the greatest group of people I have ever dealt with in the health care sector. They not only remember your name, but they also remember your spouse and your children’s name. They call you with friendly reminders of upcoming appointments, and mail a reminder to your home as well.  From the moment you walk in, until you have finished with your appointment, the service is great.

Personal attention and detail to the patient/consumer is what most businesses and agencies are lacking these days. As a patient, it feels great to see that level of attention and I just wanted to say how happy my entire family is with the service and care given by this Gentle Dental office.
